Fitness Classes

SportMakers provides instructed fitness classes on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, free to all members and do not require sign ups - simply show up for whatever class you wish. Classes run for approximately 30 minutes back to back, feel free to participate in one, two, or even all three of the classes! Get your body going and give your brain a rest as you will be instructed through a fun and challenging workout routine! Guts and Butts - This 30 minute conditioning class combines a variety of sculpting exercises guaranteed to tighten and tone - great for all fitness levels! Dumbbell Pump - Improve your overall muscular strength and endurance with this dumbbell class designed for all fitness levels. Guaranteed to pump you up! Boot Camp - have fun in this 30 minute total body class which combines both strength training exercises as well as short bouts of cardio. Core - participate in our most popular class, good for all fitness levels. The core class will help to define and strengthen that mid section through a series of mat, medicine ball, and unique stability ball exercises.
