Bob is a graduate of the University of Toronto’s Honors Physical and Health Education Program. Bob went on to the University of Western Sydney, Australia, for his Education Degree.

Bob was a member of the Reebok Global Running Team from 1990 to 1993, and the New Balance Elite Team from 1993 to 1995 where he competed all over North America and still holds many course records. While in Australia, Bob was an advisor to New Balance Australia’s technical support team. He now owns and operates a strength and conditioning facility called “SportMakers” where professional hockey players, world champions and everyday athletes work side by side to strive for their goals under Bob’s direction.

Bob also produces and works on the creative team of DanceMakers end of year Showcase productions and Christmas productions. He currently is creating a Conditioning program for senior dancers to enjoy at DanceMakers.
