Personal Training
SportMakers offers a few different training options available to all members at an additional price: 1 on 1 training and personalized programs - Book a 1 on 1 session with one of our trainers who will help you reach your personal goals by creating an individualized program for you specifically. Clients may choose to book a one hour consultation session which will include a workout as well as discussion of specific goals, and then have their personalized program to work through on their own, with monthly updates from one of our trainers to ensure that you are on track to achieving your goal! Training with Hoop - Exceed your personal health and fitness goals with the guidance of Hoop and trainers. Participate in Bobby's group training sessions, available to members 16 hours daily throughout the week. Hoop and staff will take you through a workout which can be adjusted to suit all fitness and ability levels. With workouts changing daily, you will never have to be bored doing the same workout twice! Workouts allow you to become familiar with a multitude of exercises and include both a resistance training component as well as a cardiovascular component. Workouts may be adjusted to target any specific personal goals or health needs you may want to achieve. Elite Training with Hoop - For the past 23 years Bobby has been training a range of elite athletes and has coached many professional and world class athletes. Whether you are an aspiring NHLer, marathon runner, or the next Lance Armstrong - Hoop will provide you with the training you need to reach your goal! Participate in our intense yet fun summer, winter, spring or fall training sessions which are guaranteed to whip you into shape.
